HELP AND SUPPORT

Help For Households: A series of webpages listing help for households. These include income support and help with energy bills, childcare costs, housing support and finding work

Turn 2 US: Grants and benefits search and other costs of living help for individuals and families

VOXI: are relaunching VOXI For Now to help those who need it the most. If you’re receiving government benefits, we want to give you Unlimited data, calls and texts for £10 a month. Plus, like all VOXI plans, with unlimited flexibility you can change, pause, or cancel VOXI For Now at anytime.

Home Essentials: Stay connected with our low-cost broadband and phone plans. Available if you’re on specific benefits, they’re perfect for everything from accessing services to video calls and streaming TV.

Citizen Advice: A whole range of help and links to further support, including benefits, council and Government funding, help with essential costs, charitable grants, over 55 pension holders.

Small Wood Trust: Open to women aged 18 or above, living in the UK, on a low income / not in work and in receipt of all benefits entitled to, or have no recourse to public funds, with savings under £2,000. Priority to: single parents, the disabled, no recourse to public funds, who are or who have been affected by domestic violence or abuse and BAME women

British Gas Energy Trust: Grants are available for those struggling with their energy bills. You do not have to be a British Gas customer. Grants over £1500 only in exceptional circumstances.

British Gas Support Fund: Our new fund is designed to help British Gas customers with an energy debt of between £250 and £1,500.

E.oN: The aim of the E.ON Next Energy Fund is to help E.ON Next customers who are experiencing financial hardship and struggling. There are two ways this fund can help and support you:

EDF Energy: Have a dedicated area in our help centre to guide you to all the different places where you can get support to reduce your energy costs, maximise your household income or get more time to pay.

Octopus Energy: Have set up a £15 million Octo Assist Fund as part of our campaign to help those worried about paying for their energy this Winter.
