Requirements:
- Educated to a Minimum Level 2 English, Maths and It

Role Objective
Responsible for carrying out sales, marketing and PR activity to attract and engage learners and employers to current project learning.
To carry out initial workplace assessments and identify appropriate programmes for Learners.
Working to Targets
To ensure that individual, team and company contractual targets are met as agreed with the Executive Director/ General Manager.
To carry out weekly self-assessment on own team performance and report findings to Senior Management at the end of every claim week.
Marketing Activity
To maintain a good working relationship with appropriate local companies and referral agencies and to take part in exhibitions, conventions, make presentations, etc., as required to promote the Company and its services.
Effectively market the Company’s services to employers encouraging them to engage CTP – both over the telephone and in person.
To work with other departments to enhance the public profile of CTP by contributing to internal and external publications and organising open days where authorised.
To work with internal and external partners to encourage learners from Foundation Learning programmes to progress onto mainstream Programmes where appropriate.
To build and maintain a good working relationship with any external agency that may benefit the contract.
Learner Engagement
To engage new and existing learners with suitable courses
Customer Service
To maintain regular contact with new and existing employers to maintain excellent customer service.

To attend meetings on a mandatory basis and contribute to projects related to the job role on a Company-wide basis as required. - Regular travel required to other locations connected with the business of the Company.

Personal Development
To undergo training and development in line with the needs of the Company.
Administration
To maintain and keep updated required paperwork on the learners/companies in line with contractual requirements.

To implement and comply with the Company’s Equality and Diversity, Safeguarding and Health and Safety Policies and promote the policies to clients and employers with whom the Company works.
- Support/Review
Provide companies/learners with impartial information, advice and guidance to help them make informed decisions about which courses they may wish to undertake and how they can achieve their goals. - This list is not exhaustive and you will be required to undertake any other reasonable duties requested by the centre manager.
- This role is dependent on successful CRB disclosure application and Home Office check.
